       Tactics: DDs aim CVs based on minimap locations

       Once the enemy Cv is spotted he stays visible o nthe minimap.
       DDs aim CVs based on minimap locations.
       Your aiming line must hit the Cv on the minimap. And you send
       blind torps out.
       Mostly long-range torpedo DDs do that. Shima, Gearing, Halland,
       and if you know some more 15+ km range DDs then they too.
       Of course other ship types like cruisers (Yoshino with 20km
       torps etc) can do the same on any other ship type.
       But mostly it is a Shima who does that on CVs.

       Usually 20km torps are suitable to torp the enemy Cv in the
       beginning of the battle. It still requires to swim quite close
       to enemies which is risky. But often such risk succeeds and the
       enemy CV takes ca 2 torps in.
       If your team's CV is put to the middle then the enemy CV should
       be in the middle area as well and you can start swimming to the
       center.
       If the enemy Cv seems moving then better to halt the torping
       mission.
