Topics' first post is edited by moderators

Topics' first post is edited by moderators even if they are not
       the owners of it.
The reason is that it enables to keep appropriate titles for
topics and if needed then add to the first topic a description
       of the topic.
Moderating other posts like 2nd post etc is not allowed.
Moderator is allowed move the entire topic/post to other place,
but editing is allowed only in the first post.
Editing the first post has mainly technical reasons but not
allowing to edit other posts comes from law and ethics. Both law
and ethics says that one is responsible for what is said by his
account. So, it is not acceptable that a moderator goes and
modifies anyones post so it would look like the other person
said all what the moderator wrote there. The exception is only
the 1st post and inside there a moderator is not allowed to
represent any opinion or subjective thought. Mainly it modifies
the topic's title and maybe adds a text that describes the
topic. If possible then moderators don't change even the first
       posts.
