Words/symbols expressing emotions not allowed

The less tools you have the more creative you must be to create
things. For example without a drill and bolts you must be very
creative or become very creative to build a house. Many
athletes, monks, etc make intentionally their life more
difficult by removing some options or making harder other ways.
This rule here may look at first like a thing that makes your
life more difficult. If it looks so to you then first typical
solution is to cry but the second one is to become more
creative/better.
For me there is nothing difficult in such rule because i have
been following it for decades and thanks to such rules i have
been successful. For example, i don't remember when was the last
time when i lsot any debates. Do i feel any need to write
"LMAO"? No, i don't feel. This rule prohibits using words like
LMAO or an emoticon like :( ("sad") or writing a phrase "i feel
frustration when debating with you". It is no need to express
your emotions and they make noise in debates and also in real
life you benefit more when you don't look emotional.
This rule here is for debating and other more Wows-related
topics, and is allowed in social topics. For example, if a topic
talks about a ship or debates about a question "do stats
matetr?" then it is not allowed to add there any emotional input
like "that ship looks so cool" or "man, (i feel) he told nice
things and you sohuld lsiten to him". In topics like "Music" and
"what is the menaing of the slang word Ligma" you can express
emotions.
Your ultimate goal is to be more in control of your emotions and
thoughts and such rule here is an elementary step towards it.
Adjectives express usually emotions, like "nice", "cool" etc.
So, avoid them unless it is a social topic.
Many debates are declared automatically lost if one represents
emotional instability. Emotions don't prove any statements and
are prohibited in adequate talks.
Also spam images serve often a goal to express emotions. If you
doubpt what is emotional then concentrate and see if your head
has some emotions during the action, or, try to imagine if your
input would make emotions to the opponent.
Note that emotions are powerful and if not all then msot
suicides and conflicts occur because of emotions. And lot of
mistakes happen when people act by emotions. So, practice to be
adequate and don't have unstable emotional mentality. I am an
example who totally follows that rule and i don't make eny
efforts anymore for that rule to relaize, it happens
automatically without any effort.
