must not shift/change its point of view

A debate can end so that one party gives up on his opinion and
       agrees with the opponents opinion.
For example a debate can end on the topic "Stats matter" if at
the end you see a phrase "i agree that Stats are jsut irrelevant
averages that don't tell who is going to win next battle". Such
realization at the end debunks the opinion that "stats matter"
and there is no way to defend anymore the claim "stats do
matter" because both parties agreed on the same statement "stats
       don't matter".
Sometimes it is difficult to see clearly that an opponent
changed it's mind. For example they may tell that stats are just
averages but then after a moment they provide still arguments
that stats matter which creates conflicting arguments. And
sometimes an opponents doesn't change it's mind totally but
partially. For example, they may say that stats matter is
specific situations. Both changing the mind totally or partially
means that the debate is over and if both sides wish then they
can start a new debate to see if the slighlty shifter statement
       would win.
