Clan buildings

Here we talk about clan buildings.
I attached a screenshot of which buildings are not yet fully
built.
Share your thoughts which buildings should be built next.
Because all clan members have Executive Officer role then they
have the permission to make a click to build a new building once
there is enough Oil earned in the clan. I don't know who exactly
have built the current buildings.
At the moment the clan has essential buildings built. By
"essential" i mean booster which give you boost after you
perform one battle. Many clans don't have even half of such
buildings completed. Beside essential buildings there are
intermediate buildings which boost Coal and Steel income. Our
next building should probably be one of those. See the picture
and decide.
The advanced buildings in my definitions are: Research Point
booster and the building which enables to buy loot boxes for
clan members. Most clans never get those advance
boosters/buildings. But if you wish we can get it. I personally
don't like the DD ships that you can buy for Research Points
currency. Because those 2 Dd ships have a bad concealment there.
But cruisers and BBs may be good there if you play those. You
can tell that. It is anyway a hassle/difficulty to reset your
5-6 Tier 10 ship lines to get those Research Point currencies
and an addition from the booster building to buy one single
special ship. Most don't even have 1 Tier 10 ship and resetting
and doing again all the research of the resetted line is
difficult. So, that booster building can little bit help. Maybe
you don't have to reset 6 Tier 10 lines but 5 if we have such
advanced building. and then you get one special ship. I repeat
that as a DD player i don't see that those DDs are good.
Therefore i don't suggest to think about building that booster
building. But it is you to decide.
We already get boost when we receive Coal currency. But no boost
for Steel yet. What do you think which boost you would like to
get?

Current situation and choices:
1. Coal Port, 2/3 completed and gives +7% Coal. Needs 100k Oil
to achieve 3/3 to give 10% Coal which is only +3% more.
Let's look an example. You get 100 Coal from somewhere (opening
Resources boxes, doing missions, etc). The clan building adds
you +7 Coal so you receive in total 107 Coal now. If we earn
100k Oil we can buy a building that gives 110 Coal, which is 10
more. Do you care if it is +7 or +10 Coal? At the end of the
year you make 100k Coal for sure and does it matter if you get
additionally +7k Coal or +10k Coal? What do you think?
2. Steel Port, 0/3 completed and gives no boost. Needs 60k Oil
to achieve 1/3 to give +5% Steel. You receive Steel mainly in
the Ranked battles. 3 victories give you 200 steel. So, with the
booster house you get additionally +5% or 10 Steel, the result
would be 210 Steel if i calculated correctly now. Do you care if
you get 200 Steel or 210 Steel? But it is a cheap building in
this zero 0/3 phase, only 60k compared to Coal building's 100k
right now. Do you prefer to get a boost in Steel or not?
We have around 20k Oil now and with next weeks we get around
100k Oil to decide which purchase to make.
I'm not sure which one is better. The Coal house can be
completed totally with 3/3 stage which feels good. The steel
house would just get 1/3 part done which doesn't give the
completition feeling but having extra Steel is good. Do you
think that Steel ships are better than Coal ships- maybe that
can help to make you decide?
For me it is 50% - 50%, but buildings are fine.

At the moment we have around 40k Oil and the Steel port 1/3
costs 60k Oil and the Coal port 3/3 costs 100k.
So, obviously someone will click for the Steel port after we get
the 20k Oil. We should get it with ca 10 days i guess.
After that i make a vacation in recruiting for some weeks and
let's see how it affects the clan. We made recently a clan
introductory topic to the Official forum so maybe that one there
will bring new Oil producers to the hive.

There is a new booster building for T11 ships.
My premium account is ending and most don't have it and T11
requires obviously at least a prem account so it is a luxury
anyway to play T11. And therefore i think the new building is
not benefitial.
In my opinion all current buildings are enough. So there is no
point to recruit oil makers to get additional irrelevant
buildings.

As a clan owner I don't build buildings and now somebody has
built such building on the picture.
I looked at it and i don't know who would benefit from it.
I udnerstand that incleased XP per battle is useful when you
grind ships but T11 is already fully grinded.
