Clan Battles

If you want to play Clan Battles then come and write here that
you wish it.
Add any additional related information that you feel would help
to make Clan Battles happen. For example, tell which Tier 10
ships you can use. Tell, which day and time you are available.
Tell if you want to try lead your team or not. And so on.
If you see that nobody is interested then don't give up. Do
something to make your wish come true. For example, recruit
players who want to do clan battles.

Today on 28/12/2021 the clan has in total ca 60 Tier Ten ships
as you see below.
It doesn't mean that 60 players have 1 Tier 10 ship and not 40
players but maybe around 15 players have.
for example i have 7 Tier 10 ships but i agree to use only 3 of
them. The remaining 4 was a mistake to get if to say so.
So, if you find out who have tier 10 ships then go ask them if
they agree to play Clan Battles.
I believe that both Clan and Ranked battles have little bit
better players than Random battles. But not always and not so
better. There can be Random matches where the opponent team has
some very dedicated players and that makes the battle more
difficult than most Clan or Ranked battles are. But generally
speaking Ranked Battles Golden league where i play feels more
challenging than Random battles. At least most of the time in
Ranked battles all players have internet but in Random battles
most of the times at least 1 player loses internet and doesn't
move right from the beginning of the battle.
Because Clan and Ranked are on little bit more difficult as we
explained then i suggest that try to get at least Silver League
level in Ranked battles once and then that proves that you have
a picture what the Clan Battles level is about. Sometimes of
cause in Clan Battles your opponents are on the Bronze level in
their skills or worse but most times they are at least on the
Silver Rank level in my opinion. And very often on the Golden
Rank League level which makes loosing very often. And it would
be wise to practice in the Ranked first to get intermediate
skills before moving to the Clans. That is my opinion.
Of cause if one just wants first experience and taste what Clan
Battles are then why not to have no levelskills and just have
the experience for some evenings.
In the Wargaming communities there are many brainwashed
attitudes and believes. One belief is that historical statistics
define ones skillset today. So, one may think that if my account
has historically winning rate 55% then i will get suraly into
the Golden League and those who have 40% those can't. That is a
totally false belief and i am personally an example that having
historically 40% on win rate makes me a better player in the
Golden League than the 55% player. Beside the example there are
clear logics behind to explain that history and historical rates
are incompetent about today and today's skills. We can go
through all brainwashed attitudes in another topic. But here i
suggest to forget which ratings your profile has before you go
to Clan battles. And the best rating or statistics is in my
opinion the Ranked battles level. Do you feel yourself
comfortable at least in the Silver league? If yes, then i
believe the Clan battles will be fine for you. If you feel
difficulties in the Silver League today then you will feel even
bigger difficulties probably in the Clan battles. and it does
not matter what ratings to you historically had/have.
So, for those who wish to play Clan Battles just to get a taste
then no matter which Rank or skills you have just go and get the
taste for some evenings. But those who really like to perform at
least averagely there should first prove yourself in the Silver
league. And get at least 1 Tier 10 ship. In the tanks game Wot
the clan battles had certain vehicles if you wanted to be
competitive. The same like in the Ranked here- some ships are
not popular there and not good. But here of cause i add a little
bit opposite thought that if you play relatively well then it
doesn't matter which vehicle you use. So, just get a random Tier
10 ship that you like and be at least on the Silver league level
with it and then start your Clan Battles journey.

Follow that link and you can count that our clan has 12 players
who have Tier 10 ships. See the "Members" section table and the
last column "X tier warship". So, if you want to try clan
battles then go talk with those 12 persons. Organize them
together for a specific evening and you can complete your wish
to play clan Battles. And, go hire more players who have Tier 10
ships and are often online.

Only a few members in the clan talked about clan battles during
the previous year. Either people are afraid to talk or people
really don't dream about those battles. I believe that the last
option is the truth and people just need a random clan which
doesn't make noise in chat and gives them bonuses.
But the other reality is that we don't have enough active
players with Tier 10 ships. Ca 10 players from 40 have one Tier
10 ship but that ship is probably not the best one. For clan
battles you need certain ships if you want to be competitive.
Personally i believe that it is actually not so important which
ship to use if you can play at least in the Silver Ranked League
level. If the team must contain 7 ships then i would do so:
1. one CV, any goes
2. three DDS with good concealment
3. two cruisers, one radar, and one random
4. two BBs, any random BBs

If you take a battle type of Clan Battles then you can create a
division of 7 random players from random clans. I would call it
a Random Battle for people who belong to clans with Tier 10
ships 7x7. So, if one really wants to face a clan then this is
the way. I tried to invite players but it was difficult. But it
is possible. I think the good idea is to add to your friend list
many players who do division games often. It is also possible to
see who are in the waiting list to any division. Just go look
and add to your friend list and later invite to your clan
division.

There were clan members who wanted to get an experience with
clan battles but didn't do anything to get such experience to
happen.
Today i say clearly that i am not interested at all in any clan
battles. If anybody can organize i nthe clan such thing then let
them do.
As i understood it is possible to do a clan battle if one
presses the button "Looking to join a battle" and adds a comment
there "want to try a clan battle". In my opinion Ranked battles
are almost clan battles: small teams and little bit higher
skillset than in Randoms. So, i play mostly Ranked battles, much
less Randoms. If i were in a clan were peopel do clan battles i
would join from time to time probably. But i know that it is a
long boring waiting while all connect to a battle etc. It takes
ages once you get 1 clan battle started. And when it starts then
you still see the same brainwashed attitudes that you see in
Rankeds. So, i personally don't seel for such experience.
One gets Steel currency in clan battles and can buy a Steel ship
later. Maybe that motivates. But i have already 3-4 favourite
standard ships which are fine to complete gold league. I am
about to buy a Res B currency ship and i don't see any good
Steel ship there. So, for me that stee largument doesn't count.
Clan battles? No.

The tanks game Wot has more players and therefore the Clan
Battles are more active and fine.
The ship game Wows doesn't have so many players and therefore
the clan battles are dead.
There are not much clans with many active members in Wows. As a
clan owner even when i had around 20+ active members i couldn't
get online enough players to make a team and apply for a clan
battle. So, it must be a clan with full 40-50 active members and
you don't see such clans much. You can find clans that have 40
members but all are non-active and never log in. Very few ones
have 20+ active members al logged in at the same time. I would
say that 0.2% of clans are such, i can spell it as "zero point
two" which is less than 1 from 100. So, that's why clan battles
are not possible yet in Wows, but maybe after 5 years when more
people join the game they will be.
There isn't much in clan battles idea if you look the
tanks/ships game. It has some psychological elements which i can
talk about next time but still, a worthless idea.
So, don't think about that game mode in Wows.
