       Captain perks

       Talk about captain skill points etc.
       Post a screenshot of your ship and captai nconfiguration and
       resonate regarding play style etc.
       An example of 2 pictures that are a manure for dialogue about
       Shliffen setup.

       A typical situation where you have 1 unused/new captain skill
       point but you can't chose any perks/skills for that.
       On the picture you have for 1 skill point only available slot
       the one that deals with AP-bullets. But 96% of DDs don't ever
       use the AP-button at all, so buying such perk for 1 point is a
       waste. If you have Free Experience then you can try to get first
       2 skill points and then buy something useful.

       If you are bored in primitive captain setups then more extreme
       setups are quite entertaining. For example, the below setup
       makes the Japanese T9 DD torpedo boat to have a very long gun
       range. Most DDs have around 12-km range but this setup makes it
       it 16.8km which gives the ability to reach enemies from quite
       far.
       Is it more benefitial to make torpedo reload time more extreme
       instead of the gun range? Perhaps, but we don't talk about
       things that make you more victorious etc, we talk about an
       entertainment option here in the entertainment game called Wows.
       There are ways to take the advantage of longer bullet range. The
       most typical is to set a smoke for yourself and sit in it and
       being unspotted shoot the escaping enemies for longer time until
       16.8km range. That requires that you see that you have another
       spotting alley ship to spot for you before you set the smoke for
       yourself. The second is to swim behind shorter rocks and shoot
       behind them enemies. In such case the range 16.8km helps because
       bullets have arcs and require some longer distance from rocks
       and longer guns range, cruisers do it more comfortably because
       they have longer bulelt range than DDs. Thirdly when the DD duel
       ends with both DDs running to opposite sides from each other
       while shooting then the opponent DD stops shooting at 12km range
       but you can continue thanks to the long range and that gives you
       some edge. So, there are some ways to benefit from such setup.
       But of course long range means usually that most bullets don't
       hit the enemy and miss because dispersion of shells is wider in
       longer ranges.
       Well, at least we can start talking about such bulelt range
       setup next here for different DDs.
       On the 3 pictures below you see that the concealment is very
       good 5.5km which outspots almsot all enemy DDs and makes
       spotting/scouting ideal. also you see extreme gun range, which
       may help if specialized on it in your moves. And for T9 the
       torpedo range 12km is good as well. So, the overall set of
       abilities with this setup is quite fine. Because that Japanese
       DD has slow guns then it should just avoid DD duels no matter
       which captain setup is present. But close/risky scouting is easy
       and can disengage with smoke quite easily.
       But it takes of course luck/situation and practice to set up a
       smoke for yourself or swim behind rocks to do long range
       shooting.
       At least interesting for those who haven't done such setup yet.
