       Tactics: DDs should never go behind rocks

       DDs should never go behind rocks. Specially behind the rocks
       that are in the middle of the capping circles.
       If an ABC-maps have rocks in the middle of the B then DDs should
       never swim to the B. No matter if the Dds have radars or not.
       Going behind a rock when capping is gambling that the enmies
       don't go to the other side of the map. That gamble ends most
       times with the DD being useless, no capping, no spotting, no
       torping, no nothingin.

       Example chat where people are obsessed with capping and suggest
       me to go behind rock.
       In all of my playing Packages it is not allowed to be behind
       rock, and not allowed to cap either.
       I wanted to explain him in chat but reporting removes that
       ability and that is an example why i never report- it makes the
       reporters and my team suffer later because i can't answer to
       them in chat.

       Beside go to sit behind a rock some Dds try to slowly swim
       backwards to a cap circle, some set smoke in cap circle and
       wait. All such things are mistakes and should never be done.
       Capping points are very small and in the start of the battle Dds
       should never try to cap, never. They should spot and try to kill
       enemy ships in the beginning.
