       We can gather signal-related things into this topic.
       Here is a flag that makes DD-hunting little bit easier for
       Shliffen.
       There is a small difference between 12.0 and 12.5 secondaries
       range. So, if one has such flag then it may help little bit. But
       first the enemy DD msut be spotted by someone in range 12.5km or
       less. The amount of +-0.5 km may look irrelevant but it is
       possible to feel a small change of it. Specially DDs notice a
       change when camo changes from 6.0 to 6.5. The same is for
       secondaries range but not so significant change compared to camo
       change on DDs.
