The above example shows the awakening where people start to
realise and say half truths or accidentally total truth. But it
happens rarely and there is never total pure truth, but at least
half.
The above person has started to realise that reporting does bad,
but he don't understand yet what bad it does and he needs
additional 5 years to be capable to tell what our Wikipedia
already says. He seem to understand only that Reporting is
abused, and he doesn't yet understand that it is against Human
Rights, is thievery, makes teams to suffer because disabled
communication, the penalty reciever doesn't know the reason, is
sadistic and racist, and more. But he at least has come to
understand that reporting is abused etc. But he probably
continue to report still, so he is a typical sadistic racist
brainwashed cult member like all others. But he has started to
awaken little bit.
His awakening started because he egoically himself got hurt but
he doesn't care anything about others and he doesn't make any
Wikipedia. All he does is to egocentrically tell that he ends
playing after 5 years. Well, it is very unlikely that the
popular I Am Leaving announcement has any adequate reasons.
After 5 months or even years people end gaming because they
mature, not because the game changes or community doesn't seem
good anymore.
The community hasn't changed in general because it still
believes the same religion. But because Subs etc are official
now and have been long alive then i would say the overall
racism/toxicity is 5% milder. But he says the opposite because
he just awakened.
He blames WG and does other debunked community behaviours, thus
he is equal to his cult.
But because he sensed a tiny bit of truth then he is not 100%
r-a-p-i-s-t-minded racist sadist but let's say 99.3%.

Everyday life is full of fraud. But it is inevitable. Naive
would be to start to report to police all the fraud.
The same way in Wows it is not wise to report but Wows is also
an entertainment. In entertainment there is nothing to report.
Even sicker is to report someone because he is beginner. It is
the same if a newborn baby is sent to prison because he makes
mistakes.

Example of Wows commnuity ethics. Sadistic wishes to death if
you have a wrong skin color or wrong ship type etc. nobody sees
problem in such sadism, no reports etc.
