       I'm not sure with which exercises tos tart but for sure they
       have to be simple and not too boring.
       I personally am getting thoughtless ("without
       thinking/thoughts") shorter episodes recently. Those are 3-10
       minutes long. I induce those states 2 ways: with walking in a
       special long corridor that i have at my work place and the 2nd
       trigger is laying down and starting with special breath
       exercises. Those are intermediate level exercises and you as a
       beginner never achieve anything with those and even for me those
       exercises are challenging but more and more easy every week now
       and they start to kick in itself already without any intent. So,
       i can't give you such exercises but and  can't give more
       advanced either which i haven't myself done yet. So, reasonable
       is to start with simpler exercises.
       Maybe we can do first exercise outside of wows activity. The
       title of the exercise can be like: Find your opinions. After you
       dinf some then find more and the next step is to ocnclude
       something. It is wise not to give you more hints what you will
       ocnclude etc.
       That step looksl ike this card which has drawn a You/Seeker on
       it who seeks something:

       And after you complete our first step of the exercise i describe
       what you have achieved and what to do as a next step. The next
       step is like that card where you see yourself drawn as with
       suprised face and scared little bit:

       So, let's title your 1st exercise as Finding opinions and it is
       liek this:
       1. When your eyes stop on something then you get a thought in
       your mind. For example if you see a dog you may get a thought
       that "this is a dog" and it can be a loud voice in your head
       saying "a doggg...." or a voiceless recognition like a microfear
       feeling because dogs bite or a micropositive feeling because you
       love dogs, etc. First step is to recognize that you have a
       reaction to everything in this life. If you hear some noise then
       again some reaction, with food and other senses too. Recognize
       that you have like a file/folder for each thing. Get a proof
       that you have a reaction to everything and look those reactions.
       You can look at a ship in Wows and see that you get a special
       reaction to every ship.
       2. You are convinced that you have a file system for every thing
       that describes all those things. And now go deeper and start to
       monitor what those files contain. Look at the reactions. For
       example, if your reaction was that "dogs are scary" either by a
       clear voice in your head or by a voiceless fear emotion then see
       that the dog file in your mind has not only a neutral
       description of a dog (4 legs and teeth) but has something more.
       Look what more it has beside a neutral description. You should
       find that the information file of the dog has also an
       evaluation/judgement wheather dogs are good or bad or scary etc.
       So, if you see clearly that your reaction to seeing a dog makes
       additionally a judgement then this is a nice discovery. Watch
       submarines in the game and see if there is a judgement too
       against those vehicels. Try to see such good-bad judgement
       inside every reaction you get in your day. The previous step
       asked you to discover that there are certain reaction-files to
       things but this step went deeper and started to extract
       judgement lines from the reaction files.
       3. I think this is enough for the beginning. In a way the step 2
       is already like the 2nd card in our quest, but we will have more
       steps and cards and the 2nd card is not totally done with our
       steps yet. So, do the 2 steps at first and good luck. You don't
       have to be scared that you get so scary result as is the face o
       nthe 2nd card. No, not yet. But if you proceed to the card 50
       let's say, one day, then it will be more scary usually than the
       drawn face on the card. So, relax and sit back and don't be
       afraid. Good luck.
       Yor mental system gets al lthe time thought and feeling/emotions
       so you don't need any special imaginary dog example as we had
       above.
       You can look the below video for example for start and see which
       reactions appear. That would be the step 1. The step 2 above
       suggest you to look deeper into those reactions and find
       judgements.

       Our Seek-n-Discover exercise trained your mental eyes to look
       what's going on in your mental system. You can continue such
       observation exercise for next 20 years now which is a typical
       period for that exercise. The exercise showed that there are
       evaluations/opinions about everything in style "good or bad".
       For example if you notice a cat then you can observe that you
       have a good feeling rising because your opinion aobut cats is
       good. Beside good feelings there can be thoughts which verbally
       say in your head "a nice cat there...". Obejects/stimuluses rise
       some neutral descriptions (4 legs, teeth, tail), some judgements
       ("i like cats") and some feelings (emotions). Let's understand
       that all 3 things are separate from each other.
       Look at the below video and tell which feelings you got. Did you
       got an anger, or/and, a cry, or laughter, or confusement, etc.
       Write down all such feelings and we call them next with a term
       Emotions.

       If you get many feelings then write down their appearing order.
       Write down your thoughts and their appearing order. Describe
       your judgements, did you like what you saw, did you think
       something was not polite or cool, etc, all your opinions, mainly
       what was right-wrong and good-bad. And write which part of your
       opinions were neutral and we call them just descriptive as for
       cats were (4 legs and tail).
       So, this video is your first exercise to observe 3 different
       reactions. But you should take any event from your day and
       observe this way.
       You can do that exercise for 9 years.
       When you do exercises then you forget any goals. Keep the
       attitude that you have no goals with the exercises. It is very
       important because having a goal strengthens bad things (it
       strengthens the belief that there is You who does/gets
       something). There are no goals no nothing, just there is a
       doing, the exercises are done, but no goals, no nobody. Okay?
       If you struggle etc then you can come share. I can't make plans
       but if i try to plan then next plan is to move to breathwork. We
       start to inhale and outhale in special ways and continue
       observations. For you everyday life including your computer
       games playing all that should already have a positive impact.
       Later I can add illustrative HearthStone game cards like above
       ones to illustratate this exercise. At the moment i don't have
       an idea which cards. But let me know if you need at all those
       cards.

       We can proceed to the 3rd step/exercise.
       The 3rd is to look the nature, animals and plants, and try to
       connect ith them. The main goal is to try to imagine that the
       piece of nature has no Self, they don't know that they exist, a
       more correct phrasing is that "there is no feelinf of me". If i
       ask you to try to forget who you are then you probably
       automatically just stop your thoughts for 5 seconds and then on
       the 6th second a random thought comes still in and reminds that
       you are you and you have name and a bicycle etc. But the first
       seconds without any thoughts were something like emptyness
       right? So, that emptyness is quite close to the truth but also
       try to understand that thee is no "me"-thoughts at all, for
       example no such thoughts like "i have to get food/victory", no
       such selfish/personal thoughts because there is no present of a
       person/you, jsut empty chaotic thougths, okay? And if you look
       nature, plants animals, then try to imagine that they don't feel
       the Self and don't think to the future and don't ever think
       about the past, they just act in the present moment, it is
       called "here and now". So, watch the video and iamgine to be the
       animal i nthe video and imagien that he has no feeling of
       Me/Self, no name no stats no nothing, and no plans no recalling
       of the past, jsut acting here and now immediately, they just act
       and do and be. Watch any piece of nature, or the video, and try
       to sense that the animal has no feeling od self and no feeling
       of time, there is just a happening, something happens and they
       follow the happening, or, ou may phrase it as they just are in
       the present moment, there is no free weill, things just happen,
       there is no character in that video, no wishes and no
       preferences, just a happening. Can you get my point, what those
       animals "feel"? There is nobody feeling, it happens, but i just
       use the human language word Feel to help you understand. Watch
       and imagine that those animals in the video has no intentionas,
       no plans, no feeling of the Self/Me, no nothing, there is just a
       happening.
       And oyu can do that 3rd exercise with any piece of nature,
       including with you Wows battles where actually you don't have
       any free will either, but it is little bit more complex to
       comprehend that, we talk about it on the exercise 7-8. Here in
       the 3rd exercise watch the video and feel what i suggested about
       the animals.
