       play safe illusion in Rankeds

       In Rankeds and other advanced game modes there is naive to think
       that one can win by a play safe illusion.
       Specially if play safe is suggested to advanced ship types like
       DDs who cannot avoid risks and if they avoid then the tea
       mloses.
       Example of a chat where Wows commnuity suggests in Rankeds to a
       Sub player to play safe and then imemdiately dies as a first
       ship in the team.

       Dying and loosing are not mistakes, and in Rankeds there is no
       place for Randoms tactics and advanced ship types take always
       risks and they should take risks more if the MM shows they could
       get a victorious DD duel etc.
