A typycal dialogue i do usually:
A: the BB is AFK, report him
B: i never report anyone even if you pay to me 80 eur, and AFK
means software errors not Away From Keyboard
C: reported
B: why should others do you a favour and go
r-a-p-e/report/damage someone for free for you?
A: reported
B: if your reports make chat bans then why do you ask questions
from others at all and cry often that they don't answer to you?
C: your personal Stats tell you have no clue what you say

That "report him" is so popular for decades that it isl ike "how
do you do?" rhetorical question which does not mean anything who
anybody does but just rhetorically phrases a Hello-ish phrase,
the same with the "pls i beg you, report and r a p e that
person".
Firstly, it is begging, maximum that the commnutiy does is
paying the request by the word "Plsease". This is not begging
food, it is more like Ukraine begs weapons to kill others. More
like begging s a d i s m, because reporting can sanction
economically and damage other ways. The same thing is that you
walk on a street and start to shout "please all go beat up that
stranger on the other side of the street", the same is "pls
report him".
Secondly Reporting/Colorlisting/Hatred has been for decades for
totally insane reasons, like choosing a non popular ship type,
or if you swim to the A1 because the team begs you to do that
and reports afterwards, but also for not so insane but still
insane reasons. Hence the whole Reporting feature is totally
abused and wrong, just like it is jsut fundamentally wrong to
allow silencing method in debates and politics and life.
Thirdly, beside insanity and s a d i s m, and brainwashed
HowDoYouDo mentality, it is fundamentally wrong to ever report
anyone in entertainment games. No matetr how anyone playes, how
good or bad, at how risky tactics or non risky, the goal is to
entertain and enjoy, mentally healthy goal, hence the game
should not even offer such Report button in battles.
Sincerely 10 years i have not even have a thought to ever use
Reporting or colorlisting, sincerely i can have never ever seen
anyone in Wows commnutiy who does not report or support it
silently.
Just contenplate of the Street R A P E example, can you
visualize and comprehend, that, there is no difference between
"all men go r a p e that man on the street" and "all report
him"?
