A typical dialogue:
A: Benson go help at C.
B: Why don't you go yourself, or play DDS yourself next time?
And would you go somewhere what i suggest? Yes or no?
A: report him.
C: yes report because his skin color and university stats.

Random teams don't have agreed anyone to be a leader. Only Clan
battles may agree who leads, suggests strategy etc. The reason
why in Randoms some cult members play a leader is because the
cult believes in Ratings and in Cult.
1. Belief in cult means that everything the cult believes
collectively is right. So in the beginning of battles they
command others to go cap or go left or right because in cult it
is a rule that teams must split and caps are important. So they
feel confidence in such belives and command others to behave
like cult requires.
2.belief in TeamsWr makes an attitude that the highest rating
means highest knowledge and therefore is right to command
others.
You can reply to command givers by asking that would they do as
others command. And give a command to them. They become silent,
ignore your command.
The most famoues command is of course to mass-r-a-pe someone aka
report. You can reply that you never report even if they offer
900 euros. You can also explain them that why should anyone do
for free anything to anyone, specially reporting a stranger or
on a street go beat to the ground a young unkown boy and all
together start to do sexual activity on him? Why such sadistic
r-apist mindset with reporting commands?
Obviously those who are already dead likes to command the most.
One reason is that they can't talk and multitask while alive,
they don't have such human skill, so they need to die first
before being able to talk.
