truth: peopel don't know why and what's for they get punished

In a famous book people were punished but they didn't have right
to ask why they get punished and what's for.

In legal system one is not put to the prison but to a mental
hospital if he has a mental disease that disables to understand
what he is doing. Also teenagers don't get full penalty because
they also are considered to have delusional mind that doesn't
understand things yet. But in grown up sane world and specially
in business sector where money is involved one must get a very
clear explanations why he gets punished. This is reasonable,
otherwise some business or governmental officer can come to your
home and kill you and there is no obligation to explain why he
did it and what had you done wrongly. The second issue with
punishment for an unknown reason is that it develops sicj mind.
For example, one might guess that he got punished because saying
Hello and on his next life he never says Hello anymore because
he remembers a punishment.
So, punishment must include a very clear message, and the goal
is not to make anyone suffer or feed punisher's sadistic ego.
The goal is to give a message what exactly was not allowed and
give the cure how to prevent it next time. For example, if you
say in some countries that there is a War in Ukraine, then you
go to jail but does it make you change your mind? No, it
doesn't, because next time you say again the truth, and jail
does not make anyone better but usually worse.
In business the ethics is that if you payed for something then
you own it and nobody can take it away. If someone wants to take
away your apple, gaming account and premium time/ships, software
program, then he must first refund you the money you paid for
it. Otherwise it is called stealing, thievery.
In Wows official forum and in the game itself people complain
often that they don't know when and what exactly they did wrong
before getting a punishment via banning from chat or from entire
game or from forum. Those who report promote such punishment,
the game who executes the punishment is a thief and acts like in
the above famoues Kafka book.

In Wows community people think that there is no need to know why
the penalty is got but impirtant is that it is deserved.
Knowing=deserving. Such sick equation in the racist cult. If the
biggest criminal in the world doesn't know why he was sentenced
to death then Wows community says that he deserved the penalty
and hence doesn't have to know for which misconduct he got the
penalty. In real world such death sentence never happens, and
the criminal gets all detailed evidences and explanations and he
doesn't understand those explanations then he is put to an
isolated hospital like we have put Wows community into Isolation
folder in this forum compared to official Wows community where
you cannot even ask what you did wrong.
You all know that i can show anyone's mistakes from racist
community. But now let's imagine that i don't say which of your
mistakes i give you a penalty. How would you feel then? If you
confuced etc then why you all make such confusion to others
ysing reporting etc that produces such confusion? I have never
reported and the main reason is that there is nothing to report
for, and the second is Human Rights and team damage, third us
the confusion that we just talked and you yourself didn't like
to feel.
When looking such topic or reading that someone doesn't know why
he got a penalty and then If your first reaction/thought is to
start to think what could have been an explanation, then that
shows a brainwashed brain. A healthy mind reacts immediately
that it is not right to punish if the victim doesn't know why he
gets such sadism. The wrong and sick first reaction is to start
to find explanations and justification for sadism. If you look
how the racist community reacts then obviously you see they
react by the described brainwashed sadististic way. This just is
so obvious truth just go look any such topic. But obviously the
community gets hurt by all truth and first denies everything,
then tries to silence you.
