1. The potential candidate must make a dialogue which
demonstrates his mental system.
2. The caln owner is the interviewer and has never lost any
debates before.
3. Candidate can contact the clan owner in the game chat. After
a short discussion in the chat the interviewer can immediately
grant or propose the candidate to make an account to an adequate
forum liek this one here and make a dialogue here after which he
explains the results.
4. Example topics:
4.1 Chose any popular brainwashed (defeated) belief that the
community holds and try to prove it. Or, try to prove an
opposite. For example, prove that WG is bad or good, CVs/Subs
are bad, stats matter, DDs msut split etc. If you fail to chose
a mainstream false belief for the topic then the interviewer
choses a random one from those.
4.2 Chose any topic from non-duality and make a statement on it
and defent it. For example, prove that Wows community is smarter
than birds if we know that birds are actually more evolved
because they don't have the illusional self. Etc. If you fail to
chose such topic then the interviewer choses a random one.
5. It doesn't matter how convincing or sucessful you are in your
opinion in the debate. Your opinion does not matter just like
wows community's and birds' opinion doesn't really matter. So,
you must be happy that you had a chance to resonate in the
interview and the result is not important. We don't need any
candidates/members and there are plenty of clans where you can
go.
6. After you become a member you must promise to follow our
rules. For example, you are not allowed to give +1 to players,
andn ot -1, reporting not allwoed, brainwashed attitudes not
allowed, etc. We introduce you those rules but you don't have to
learn them because the right candidate already takes such rules
as normality or already follows them.
7. You can always leave the clan or do whatever you want. We
don't have any plans because we don't believe in free will and
thus there is no point to want to plan anything.

Before the interview the participant agrees with some essential
rules.
1. Links, emoticons, pictures, videos, etc not allowed. There
are plenty of evidence and examples that spam is inadequate.
People post links that are irrelevant and contain inadequate
opinions inside. If you look at the Interview Number 1 then you
see an example of links that were not needed at all. If you need
tospam with links or other ways you ask permission first.
2. Not allowed to do Wows community's typical behaviours. That
is: calling others with names. For example, in interview 1 we
saw a candidate who called the opponent as mentally ill person
etc. That is typical if you look the Wows community official
forum. Look for example my posting hisotry there. I never call
anyone with names but Wows community calls me there hundreds of
times. This is not allowed. Also other Wows community inadequate
methods not allowed.
3. Stay in the topic. Example is that Wows community likes to
jump to new and new topics while in the debate. See for example
the Interview 1 or my posting history in the Wows official
forum.
4. Belief in an authority is not allowed. Going to the personal
level not allowed. Not allowed other irrelevant things like
highschool grades and wows stats. Gramamr is irrelevant.
5. Every argument and question must be answered and not ignored.
Otherwise the interview ends immediately. I add often a question
"Yes or no?" if i believe that the opponent will likely ignore
the argument.
6. You stay in 1 adequate forum while debating. That means you
make an account here.

Some advanced exam topics examples:
1. Explain why enlightened ones say that We/Us exist but You and
Me don't exist?
Example of some beginner level interview topics:
1. Explain which 4-digit number is a common practice to dial in
the beginning of the battle in a Submarine? Collaborate on that
number and related topics.
Some intermediate level topic example:
1. Talk about thievery in the wows entertainment. Example: you
buy 1 kg of apples, Windows 10 and a premium ship. All 3 is
taken away from you and that is called a thievery. Talk about
your understanding on those examples and provide solutions.

One example beginner-level warmup question for an interview:
1. Which ships remember their battle settings and which not? For
example is the AA-button switched on if it was switched ON on
the previous battle, and, if so, then for which ship types it is
on and for which is it off, or, is it off for everyone? And the
same question for other inbattle buttons. If you can't answer
such warmup question but you have an illusion that your higher
stats makes you smarter and more holy than others then why it is
so that you fail to answer now but i as a lower stats-person can
answer perfectly? Can you explain such paradox of your
illusions?

If you believe in the history like Wows stats and highschool
grades then show your official Wows forum account name nad we
look the posting history and say if you are a racist etc or not
and that would make the interview to go very quickly. If you
don't believe in stats or any other racism type then let's chose
a topic and do the talk. But first agree to behave adequately,
above the Wows community level.
I have been asked about new interviews in the game chat
