       Protocol for Judges

       Steps for a debate.
       1. Say if it is 1-to-1 debate where only 2 persons post, or are
       others too welcomed.
       There is technological solution to create a debating room where
       only 2 persons can post, but it should be used only in rare
       special occasions.
       Classical debate is on the Wows topic and ends usually with
       isolation/ban for the looser. Winning can give rights to some
       roles like Wiki-writer etc.
       Winning Non-wows-topical debates (spirituality, forum rules,
       etc) can give rights to become a Judge, Moderator and after
       years take ownership of the forum and related resources Inc
       video channels etc.
       2. Give overview of rules.
       Agree on 1 topic and ignore other topics until 1 is completed.
       Ask if the 2nd topic is in interest and perform a debate on that
       too.
       3. Let a rule violator have many chances to correct his
       mistakes.
       4. Declare a winner and write a summary.
       5. Set the topic as Read-only.
