Do's and Don'ts in court

I copy-paste a table of Do's and Don'ts from a web site that i
found by googling
"How should you speak in a court?".
We look over those rules and see which we can use in the debates
as well.

Do's
DO speak calmly and clearly
DO use the proper forms of address
DO be polite
DO stand when you address the court
DO make eye contact with the judge when you are speaking
DO ask for clarification if you are unclear about something
DO thank the judge for listening
DO arrive early to court
DO give yourself extra time to get to court
DO bring all of your pertinent court files with you
DO dress appropriately

Don'ts
DON’T interrupt anyone while they are speaking
DON’T speak over anyone
DON’T raise your voice
DON’T lose your temper
DON’T fold your arms or look bored
DON’T be late to your court date
DON’T be on your phone in the courtroom
DON’T eat or drink while in the courtroom

Who are not so familiar with the term Judge in the text then it
is similar to the football field judge/referee. If you have a
budgistic background then you are very familiar with a word
Observer. So, the Judge in the court also observes, watches
mostly just like Authentic Self watches Egoic Self. Or, in
politics in the parliament room there are some juries/leaders
who also watch things. The rules talk about Judges and we can
hire for next battles a Referee who is familiar with Debating
rules and acts as a 3rd party in the dialogue if he sees a
mistake in the process etc. But we must first train such person
here and then if he agrees we set such role to him. The text
above suggest to be somehow more than polite with a Judge which
means in other words to have some fear etc as well beside
politeness. I disagree with that and say that everyone are equal
and we don't ever have to look upwards to anyone in our debates.
At the moment i the Judge role and ask opponents to behave and
answer questions and follow other rules. But if i make a mistake
as a Judge then everyone should tell and not be afraid. For
example, if i ask someone to answer a question, but the answer
was already provided earlier, then it is my mistake to ask such
answer repeatedly. Or if i as a Judge insult or do other
inadequate things then we must do something with the Judge.
