Recruitment to the clan
By: wows Date: January 3, 2022, 8:36 am
---------------------------------------------------------
Here we can talk about things related to clan members. How to
recruit them and so on.
I attached a screenshot of clan members sorted by the last
column "Last Battle Time".
As you see the longest away period of the clan members is 2-3
days. That means that members are active and are useful in
producing Oil for the clan. There is no benefit in keeping
members who are 117 days away.
If there is an older member who is 5 days away occacionally then
i keep him but on the day 6 i exclude him from the clan and add
new Oil producers to replace him. If the person is not an old
one then i remove him already when the Last Battle Time shows 3
days. That is the rule how to keep in the clan only active
useful members.
The easiest way to recruit new members is to play Random battles
in Tier 2 and 3 premium DDs. There are in average 7 clanless
members to invite in every battle. The technique is to send
invitations immediately in the first 30 seconds when the battle
starts. Or sometimes at the end of the battle. When the battle
ends and you return to the garage then you see post battle
notifications like how much is the service cost and see each
individual invitation sending box. It seems like you have to
wait until all ca 10 invitation boxes appear and disappear and
only after that you can enter to the new battle. If you enter
immediately to the new battle without waiting the invitation
boxes to appear then it won't send actually the invitation. It
seems so, i'm 80% sure about it.
That is the way you recruit new Oil producers every day because
every day there are some members to remove because they become
inactive for 3 days.
It seems like you can send around 50 invitations out and after
that the game doesn't send anymore invitations out. There seems
to be a daily limit.
In Tiers 2 and 3 you have quite many recruits but in Tier 6 you
have 3-4 recruits and in Tier 10 only 1 clanless member or all
already in clans. If you recruit from Tiers 2-3 then you get
surely new Oil producers but you can say that they have the
lowest "value". Because they are mostly just trying the game
first time and leave the game soon if they don't like it. But
players in the higher tiers already have the habit to play every
day to get their second Tier 10 ship and so on. Therefore the
"quality" or value is higher if you recruit from the higher
tiers. Clan's who play clan battles will additionally benefit
from higher tier battle recruitment more because they need
players who have Tier 10 ships to play clan battles which
produces more Oil. For the starter recruiter it is best to start
in Tier 2 and 3 daily recruitment as i described.
In clan Batja i change all the members to Executive Officers
after they have been 6-7 days i nthe clan. That role gives the
right to recruit and build the buildings and other rights.
This is shortly all that one must know about recruitment
process. Whoever wants to do it in this clan then go ahead and
do this and that. In life it is so that doing something for free
seems not fun but when you grow older you understand that doing
creative things is a bless. It is a divine/godly thing in life
if you can use intuition and be spontaneus and create, invent
and organize. So, go ahead and recruit and organize in this clan
or elsewhere and you will benefit from it a lot. Some will be
leaders in the business later, some famous artist, and so on. I
don't deny anything you have free hands to do anything you want
in this clan. If you are happy with the current situatuation
then fine as well andn o need to do anything additionally. I
personally don't feel any need for clan battles. But if someone
of you feels the desire then go ahead and do something to get
the thing. Recruit suitable members, advertise, and so on. It is
divine to create and organize.

I think that the magic number 21 shows the amount of days from
which a person is satisfied with a clan.
In other words after 3 weeks person is satisifed with the clan
and won't move to another clan so far.
At the moment there are around 14 such members beside me who
have been in the clan more than 3 weeks, and among them 5 have
been even over 100 days. All are active players of cause.
If we stop recruiting then eventually there will be ca 15
members left.
I would pay for clan members coal if they agree to do some clan
battles (missions) which give Coal as a reward. Ca 10k of Coal
if we win one clan battle.
I think i stop recruiting on next Monday because by that time we
wil lget the Steel building in 1/3 part and we have enough
buildings/boosters. Those 15 veteran members will produce some
Oil too but not so quickly i guess. Let's see.

Today on 12/01/2022 i officially stopped recruiting oil-makers
to the clan.
There is 42k oil made and the next building needs additional 20k
Oil. There is ca 30 oil-makers in the clan.
The main reason is that what is the point of making new and new
booster buildings if we have already most important buildings
completed. The second reason is that i have become lazy in
recruiting.

Example clan advertisement in WG forum:
[quote]
[HOWL] Wolf_Pack is an international clan whose only purpose is
to collect oil and the corresponding benefits for the clan
members (low cost for ships, faster grinding, etc.). If you
normally get at least 7 containers per week, you can join us
(because containers bring oil).

Example clan:

As you see most members are 166 days away.

We don't recruit anybody to the clan as said earlier.
One must pass an exam interview to get to the clan but we all
know that probably nobody can pass successfully such interview.
So, the clan remains with the buildings and lucky members that
it still have.
We have around 20 members and 10 non active and i don't exclude
anybody.
There is an idea that maybe we can do 1 such day in a year where
we take people in without the interview. That is just an idea.
The other idea is that we fill the clan with random members 1
time per year.
I'm not sure about the ideas so we must think about the ideas.
In a way those ideas contradict the exam idea. But in another
way life is full of things that contradict or is a mistery. So,
i let such ideas to cook here for a while.
The clan has all buildings that were needed and i have plenty of
ships so i don't need those booster buildings at all.
In my opinion the goal of the clan is to enlight humans.
I was thinking also that maybe we can make a Youtube channel
were i represent all the ideas.
But i don't feel that planning is good and also i don't feel
that much naything is needed in the almost perfect situation.
So, let's continue as we did and maybe those all ideas will
decide to get implemented etc.

We can make this topic more general and talk about recruitments
in general.
I haven't recruited anyone to the caln for ca 9 months by now i
guess but i got an idea that maybe i should hire 1 day per year
random people in. But this is at the idea and appearantly needs
more manure to grow. There is such wisdom i got from an
elightened one: if in your life something has a "i don't know,
i'm not sure, maybe, ..." status then forget that thing totally
and interpret as "No, not needed". It is a wise suggestion
because it let's go the stressful attachment and you feel good
imemdiately once you actually release away the idea. So, i can
say that we don't generally hire anyobe to my clan but because
it is entertaining for me to do "clan joining interiews" then i
keep the door open if anyone wants to join the clan.
