       Tier 8 Arashi
       13,300 health (stock health of the Kagero)
       3x1 150mm guns - 5 sec. reload at 11.4 km (bigger caliber than
       either Kagero or Akizuki - faster reload and longer range than
       Kagero)
       2x4 torpedo tubes - 112 sec. reload - 20k damage - 67 knots at
       10 km  (same as an upgraded Kagero)
       35 knots with a 6.84 km detectability (same as Kagero)
       Basically a Kagero with faster, heavier guns and crappy AA
