Russian Cruiser Split

There's been an update on the WoW Wiki and it shows the future
Russian heavy cruisers. They have 180mm guns until tier IX when
they become 220mm, unfortunately the torps still have a range of
4km.
Like other splits it starts at Tier V. The list is a unfinished
though as there are 4 Tier VIII's listed, 3 tier IX's, and 1
Tier VI and VII.

Russian CA split will start at Tier VIII. Kirov and Moskova
will be taken off the tree and become Premium.

The short story is that if you have Kirov and Moskva then they
will be removed and new Freemium Kirov and Moskva added. If you
have a permacamo for Moskva that goes with it, even though the
Freemium Moskva comes with its own the permacamo still goes with
it. I smell a doubloon grab, as this means that you will need to
buy (5000 dubs) a new permacamo for the new tier 10. Also the
new T5 will have to be researched and bought as will the new T8
and T10. Used to be that WG would compensate owners and make
sure that they never went backwards... not this time, it's
basically an up yours delivered courtesy of WG.
