Lets talk about Battleships - USA

Okay so I've been thinking about doing this for a while. I'll
start with the USA battleships as a base to compare other
countries too.
I'll be skipping Tiers III and IV because you'll just steamroll
through them. All stats will be from a fully upgraded ship.
American battleships are pretty solid, they're not bad at much
nor are they good at much. Their worst trait is their speed, at
Tier VIII the North Carolina can get up to 27 knots, every tier
before that is excruciatingly painful. As far as AA is
concerned Tier VIII and above is considered dangerous.

possible to change as this ship is in Supertest.
