Clan Tags

I don't know about y'all, but I'm getting recruiting messages
pretty often from different clans. Normally I delete them or
reply that I'm already in a group. XGN has to be the most
persistent at it that I've seen and from multiple members. I'm
wondering if I pay the $10 and change my gamer tag to something
like O.F.F. Flip if I'll still get them or what... any input?

Wow, probably not. If you are recruiting people, wouldn't you
want to try and impress them..... Its World of Tanks and I may
like more info, but what is move info??? :palm:

I wouldn't pay for a name change. Just take it as a compliment
that they have like 10 billion members and singled you out as a
good recruit...lmao.
The problem with clan tags is that unless everybody has them,
they are near worthless. Let them read it in your gamer card
and call it good.

Sound advice. I start getting all excited about getting hate
mail or event the coveted "Good game", and then it's stuff like
this. I think they are trying to recruit people that kill
them...lol

Yeah, I just chalked it up to not knowing the English language
very well... these guys don't read gamer cards to see if you are
already in a clan or not, and sometimes I get voice messages
claiming XGN as the "greatest gamer community clan of all time",
WTH is that all about?

They are full of themselves. They pretty much have no standards
when it comes to recruiting in WOT. They think bigger is better.
There are XGN members that are utter and complete D-bags,
trolling arty and other players. There are also some really nice
guys there as well. Most hate mail i get is from these guys when
I kill them lol.

I disagree with all of you!!! XGN rolls out in high hit point
tanks and do nothing to kill you or defend themselves, allowing
myself and others to have great, high damage games. They are
awesome!!

I have two guys in my squad that are XGN, both are great guys
and know full well where my allegiance lies and are pretty good
tankers. I have killed a lot of XGN members and have been doing
so for a while, as Ruggers said, they just make it too easy.
It's like they expect that because they have so many or they are
who they are that they can't be beaten...who knows. I get
trolled by all kinds of people, I never look at their names any
more, I just try to get to another spot or keep them pinned to
die when the reds come along.
