1092....Found out the way to do this.....after the contest ends
I will explain all....teehee....but, if you can read the numbers
in my crappy photo it is kinda obvious.

Didn't think about doing this with clan mates (stupidity alert!
- the contest for lights is sponsored by our clan) but the
effect was instantaneous. This was my first game setting things
up with the duo of Docteur mort Français numéro un et deux (aka
ManUpAbove and Warsteiner)

Technically they are Tier III French td's, but they have 400m
(Tier VIII) spotting and guns that auto pen Tier 4-5s with
decent damage. And with Man and War firing them I was glad to
have a ringside seat for the festivities!
