Also, it's a patience tank, must stay farther back than you did
with the T29. Lots of camo helps too and killing those annoying
lights and mediums so you don't get spotted as easy...

Have the top package and a 100% crew, along with a rammer and
binos. And when top tier, it does pretty well.
The issue is I keep getting plunked into tier IX and X battles
ALL THE TIME. And without spamming premium rounds and losing 50K
in silver each match, there's just not much that 105 can do
against those things. At all. Not even a little bit.
       It can be quite frustrating.

I know what you mean. It's nice to get a tier 8 match. I'm not
sure how I've been surviving lately, luck and like Russ said,
hang tight with some Xs. He and I were in a pretty hairy spot
Saturday night and somehow came out alive, we thought right off
the get go that we were dead, even got some kills in.

Heavy Education will be running tonight. Depending on the
make-up we can grind 5 and 6's so that people can get the
correct tanks and increased crew skills in anticipation of the
German Heavy competition later in the month....

Have testing for part of the evening, but I did just get a KV-1
last weekend that I have yet to take for a spin. Need to get
crew trained up a bit and would love to bounce between the
       Church III and the KV.
Of course, also have my shiny new Tiger II. And the T-32 (and
only need about ... oh, 140,000 more XP needed for the 103). And
can now move the Jumbo crew into my T-29.
       So, yeah -- I'm flexible.

You're going to love the T29 once you get used to playing
heavies. What classes do you normally play? What I have found is
this: British heavies are accurate and do low damage with a high
rate of fire. Russian tanks take longer to aim therefor they are
said to be highly inaccurate (I did not find this to be true)
and hit really hard. The American heavies are accurate, hit
hard, move fast, and are the ideal "Hull Down" tanks. German
heavies, Insanely accurate, pound reds to rubble, not the
fastest due to awesome armor, and they have the slower turning
turrets making them ideal for distant fighting. I like to brawl
with my T1 Heavy, T29, VK 30.01 (H), and even my KV-1S, but you
can get over whelmed with lack of support. If you are platooned,
take the front line, if you are lone wolfing, sniper the enemy
and live because they almost never have your back.

Well, was hoping to get our new modem yesterday, but Comcast
       blows sweaty donkey nuts.
       :snarl: :snarl: :snarl:
Will be picking it up tonight. Not sure if I'll be on or
not—just want to have Internet access at home at this point ...
