       Anyone really good with Excel?

       I am stuck on a formula in excel and I know it can be done, I
       just can't seem to do it. I have records that I am trying to
       combine for mailing list. In this list are husband and wife
       listed separately and I need to combine the first names, please
       see example and see if you can help.
