The name leads you to believe that the person might be
respectful, you would be wrong in that assumption. I have been
grinding my T29 and I knew last night was going to be the night
I got it done. I got attacked by four mediums and took out
pretty quick in the match, so while I waited for the match to
end I figured I would run my Crusader and try and get used to
it. The map to come up is one that I actually enjoy playing,
Westfield and I spawned at C9 in the NE corner of the map. The
reds spawned at J3 SW corner. I immediately turned right and
headed up the hill to start scouting what I could find. I was
not having any luck scouting any tanks, so I decided to go on
the offensive and start killing some light tanks, why not
right... The first tank I come across was another crusader,
first shot took his gun out and the next few shots resulted in
the destruction of that tank. Then I noticed that there was a
tank moving for our Arty's, a T-34...great is my first thought.
I start shooting, penetration after penetration after
penetration and then BOOOOOM!!! Two down and as I'm about to
move on a Churchill III comes into view attacking the artys, I
start firing on him and take him out as well. I notice that we
are winning and then the alarm goes off, someone is capping our
base. I move back to the edge of the cliff and I see it, a KV-1.
Without hesitation I start shooting the front end just under
it's cannon and it pens, I keep shooting until I see it burst
into flames. My wife exclaims, "4 kills in a light tank, great
job baby". I'm feeling pretty good after killing two heavies in
a row in my light tank, then a strange yet familiar sound goes
off and I see the alert, Message from BxRESPECT. My wife says,
"that's the guy you just killed". I looked at her and said
"great, hate mail, yay". She replied back in a tone that is
almost condescending, "maybe he just wants to say congrats on a
good kill or something, you never know, you're always so
negative". So I listen to the message, and I listen to it again,
then I look to my wife and say "babe, you've got to hear this"!
This is what the message said "You're so full of shit that it's
coming out of your eyeballs. A Crusader can not kill a KV-1, I
don't care what the fuck you're doing. I'm reporting your ass,
have fun"! My wife's jaw dropped in disbelief in what she had
just heard, to the point that she had me replay the message for
the same reason I had, had to make sure that we heard it right.
I gathered myself and responded with the following voice
message, "Apparently a Crusader can kill a KV-1. I think it's
funny that you are going to report me because my light tank
destroyed your heavy tank. Way to be a soar loser bud. Later!"
There was no reply to my message and I'm not sure if I was
reported or not, but there you have it folks, my first hate
mail. On a good not, I got my final package upgrade for my T29
and that thing is a beast, two shot kills on a KV-1S and a one
shot kill on an artillery while it was running, it was a
glorious shot.

It's amazing to me how many people are so damn stupid about how
this game works. Truly stunning.

Thanks TKE, I wasn't sure where it belonged. And yes, this guy
was stupid. He was even shooting premium rounds all around me,
but could never hit me... I say again glorious!!!

Ahhh, the final upgrade.....Time to kick ass and take names.....
:gunning: Nice job in the crusader. I never really got the
hang of that tank...

LOL!
The Crusader is a fantastic tank -- easily my fave light in the
game and one I will always keep. As a bonus, it's probably the
best looking tank in the game, too.
Oh, and send the clown this message:
"Crusader gun=110 mm of penetration; KV-1 hull=75 mm. Learn your
tanks b4 spouting off, ya n00b."

Nice one. Poor kid in his heavy tank getting killed. The nerve
of some light drivers.
I got a message tonight too only I'm not sure it's hate mail. It
was from a guy I shot: "You bot ban". WTF does that mean?

I thought about giving him the Darth treatment and spam him with
friend requests, my luck the douche would accept. If he replies
to my message from last night I'm going to send the tank stats
to him, I'm pretty sure he chickened out on any kind of
retaliation against me.

After having the Covenanter, this tank is a breeze.

Sad thing is this guy sounded old enough to be in the O.F.F.,
not that we would allow an ass clown or should I say more ass
clowns, but this dude was just absolutely convinced that a
Crusader could not kill a KV-1, like it's hard to kill the KV-1
and from above it on a cliff none the less. Very, very dumb
human and the other two heavies didn't seem to want to
complain... and I have no idea what a "bot ban" is, I don't keep
up with all the jargen. For example, I assume OpFor means
Opposing Force(s), but have no clue. I would message them back
and ask them "what bastardization of the English language is
this"
