I can count on one hand how many battles we've lost whilst in a
T-29 platoon. It's just such a damn fine tank (might be why so
many don't like the T-32). And I've almost got the Comet
unlocked, but ... well ... ya know ... not sure about that one.
:wink: But I do want to be much better at mediums and thought
maybe running a couple in a platoon (with the rest heavies)
might work okay. Maybe that's better for just two or
three-person platoons.
How many platoon battles have y'all been in above tier VII? We
get in fairly regularly between V and VII, but not sure how full
the queue is with big platoons at the upper end. Wonder if it's
like the lower end (read: impossible to find a game most
nights).

Yes, we came across great platooning last night, Tier 7 game on
Mines with Offer's in heavies versus.... 5 artillery and 2
spotters and yes... they all parked close together to help save
us wasting fuel driving around looking for them , I DARE you to
guess who won... :unsure:

Up until recently the only tier VII I've platooned has been the
T25/2. I've run it in both tier VII and VIII platoons( I have
no tier VIIIs) not an ideal tank for platooning by any right.
Still I've done well with it because I understand it's
limitations and pick my shots. Which I think is a major factor
for success. Be good in the tank you are running, but if you
understand the limitations of the tanks you are running with it
helps even more.
I hate to say it but as much as I dislike it I have a T29 again
for platooning. I need to get a Lee just to run with Phunk.

Sold the M3Lee but have a DW2 so name the time and date and I'll

I don't platoon as often as the rest of you. I'm not sure, but
I think I might be guilty of lone wolfing... Please! Please!
let me know if I'm doing these things.
I'm a light tank driver, but will switch to mediums when
platooning. I like to play the "scout" role.

Hey Fif, you want to platoon later? I play the heavy and TD role
and a good scout is hard to come by any more.
