How do tanks get placed in order for each match?

Ok, so in my time spent wondering about all the unimportant
things in life because I don't feel like dealing with real world
sh!t all the time, I was wondering if there is any rhyme or
reason as to how tanks get placed in order at the start of each
match on the teams screen?
I know that first they are ranked by Tier, highest Tier top to
bottom in each match, but after that within each Tier is there a
method that places each tank in a specific order?
Just a curiosity, nothing more.

I don't know. It bugs the hell out of me. This mystery should

I'm curious about this as well. Especially when it's all the
same tier tanks in the match. If you have 6 T29's are they
ranked by what upgrades they have or the players themselves or
just random? :smoke:

I believe its the amount of hitpoints on the tank. My PZ V/IV
actually gets placed above some tier 6s in the list and the only
reason i could muster was the fact it has a lot of hit points
(870) so may be it is down to the amount of hitpoints the tank
has?? the V/Iv being above some tier 6s could be a glitch of
aome kind. I think my 'hitpoint' theory has some merit though!

That's interesting, I never thought about hitpoints, I'm going

Currently the Pz V/IV and the Chaffee are placed out of order.
Known bug.

The Pz. 38H ALWAYS get put at the top of the list, even in a
tier III battle. Feels like I have a big target on my back when
I take it out.
