What happens next?

Ok, I've looked around this forum a little bit, I've been to the
staging area but the threads all seemed locked.
I've changed my motto to OFF, but not clear where I list my tier
tank info.
What happens next? I'm keen to start platooning with peeps, will
be online for most of the weekend, Sat night, Sunday all day
(but not whilst Moto GP is on!)

Manitoba, check out the list of member play times and tiers.
Find people who play similar schedules and send out some FR and
the feel free to jump into platoons and announce that you are a
"New guy"!

Hi, Manitoba,
I am a relative noob here too. Your FR requests work like
throwing pebbles into water. As you meet people on line and
platoon/go into live chat you will meet more people you will add
as friends, and the ripples continue outwards.
Send FR to those who posted in your welcome thread. Send me one
if you wish. I don't want to volunteer anyone else but message
Phunk Pilot. He got me moving and he is UK but I don't hold that
against him

I understand what you are talking about with meeting people. I
wanted to group up and play but felt a little shy at first about
joining a party. Everyone in OFF does not mind if you jump into
an open party. If you join in then its open. Everyone is
really easy going about it and it is a great way to meet players
in the clan. I have over 40 clan members in my list know to
group up with after only 3 weeks. Just dive in and then add
everyone in the party to your friends list. Then like others
have said it spirals out of control and next thing you know 50
people are ready to platoon up with you daily. :thumb:
