Is there some kind of unwritten etiquette-that when a very slow
tank gets moving they should not cut the slow tanks off.

I always let the faster ones ahead of me because I figure
they'll die first and spot Reds in the process.

No it's pretty much everybody goes at the start and people run
into each other all the time.

Good point, you may lose the spot but at least you get the
general idea of where they are.

With exception of the lemming train and Ensk and cliffs when
they decide to leave an entire flank exposed because someone
points out no one is covering it.
