I hate to say this but I'm about ready to bail myself and go
back to running solo. This being my first clan and I'm not
digging the drama. I have a bunch of members I love running
with but.....
I think the board needs to look at themselves hard over this.
Not to be a dick here but do we have the right people or enough
people on it? Do we need a group of senior members that have
oversight on the BOD? I'm not being judgemental because BOD is
not a position I'd want for this very reason: you have to live
with your decisions right or wrong.
Do you remember why we joined OF&F. Have fun gaming with like
minded folks. I think that with the vast expansion of the clan
we are losing track of that somewhat. Clan wars have started
already and we are our own enemy at this point. I'd hate that
Tink is gone, I don't want to see Robert to leave because even
if he gave bad advice the BOD members made the decision not him.
It wasn't his call.
Fix this clusterfuck please before we lose more original members

graduate high school in 1990.
Get the over yourselves already... I am so tired of seeing this
bullshit... Booo fucking hoo! I hurt your feelings. You hurt my
feelings! You helped start this clan. You joined in March...
You've been here 6 months... Who the hell cares. I park my T95
next to your T95 and it still looks like the same T95.
I joined up with OFF to get playing with the same people and
eliminate the random retard as much as possible.
We had a phrase in the Marines... Suck it the fuck up!

There are a few core players that keep me here because I enjoy
their company on the battlefield, they compliment my play style

As a slight aside to all the self-flagellation, accusations,
judging and mea culpas going on, shouldn't this all be handle in
a NON-PUBLIC part of the forum?
I think, in general, the forum is way too open to the general
public. This, and other conversations, should be handled behind
closed doors.
Yes, have a public face that describes who/what OFF is but, once
in, members should have somewhere where they can go to say stuff
they wouldn't normally say in a public space.
Keep the dirty laundry out of public view.

I have spoken with Tink and there are others (Evs, Phunk) in
regular contact with him. He knows about the formal apology and
I will be following up with him. It is the least we can do.

Greyza, Many of these conversations do occur outside of the
public space. We also have the ability to create private chats
in the chat room if that is something people are looking to do.

One word for how absolutely accurate this is, brace yo selves
cause here it comes...BOOM! wotoffWe have members that want to
quit the clan because of drama, the drama queens are winning

I think i have kept what happened private in the interest of all
parties and that includes the whole group so that this thread
doesn't get out of hand. I felt with everything privately and
will remain that way
