Well done.
Knowing both sides of the story here and which isn't for open
forum, i hope that everyone can move on from this and carry on.
The main thing is lessons have be learnt
We lost a good guy in Tinks, one of the original members and a
good friend

Thanks for you post. Shows character. It is better to have fact
rather than a void filled with rumour .
But for drama it is hard to best a guild I was in on Lotro. On a
European server. I was away for two weeks. When I came back. Two
senior members who were living together had split up. She was
intending to move to another country to move in with the leader
of another guild. Two brothers had sworn to never speak again
and one had left the guild. The guild was in danger of being
swallowed up by another. There was other stuff too but that's
the main points.
After that the usual clan /guild stuff is meh.

Apologies are all well and good
But what measures are in place to prevent it from happening
again?
Seems to be a theme developing with the leadership here.

You guys can fricken neg vote me all you want.
There is something fricken wrong here.
Keep sticking your head in the sand it will never improve and we
will continue to lose members.
For a drama free clan there sure seems to be more than enough my
taste

The process wasn't followed, there should have been a board
member vote before anything was actioned against Tinks, to which
there's been an apology

Tinks is no longer part of OFF after all thats happened

Great apology Acid. The only thing in question is what made tink
go back to them after leaving them in the first place? Was it
something here or there! Only Tink knows that.

Tink was never with them in the first place, he was with OFF
until this issue arose. He was on their forum only to keep in
touch, especially around super testing.he made it very clear to
IHM that he wasn't in their clan and only there for
communication
