Trust me, Rev: I'm a writer and editor. I have already made many
mental redlines to your post.
;-P
I'll put together a sample new intro greeting for new members.
But it's hard to do on a phone, so it'll have to wait until
later this week. :-)

Techies are surprisingly good writers, actually. And agree with
others: very well done!

Thanks Guys and Gals! :salute:
I will admit, I have done a bit of "train the trainers" in the
tech field for a long time.
Lesson Plans are easy for me.
Please feel free to modify, suggest, staple, spindel or mutilate!

Something related.
It would be great if you could name a party on Xbox, that way
you could title your party "Training" "Lots of chat" Low Tiers"
"All business" that type of thing. Unfortunately you can't. But
maybe you could have a list here on the forum of what type of
party you are going to run tonight and then let people know when
they join your party what's going on. That way people can look
for the relevant member online and join up their party of
choice.
I for one find that sometimes you join a party and there's a
very different flavor going on. Sometimes the guys are laid back
and there's heaps of social chat, sometimes there's a party
where the guys just want to launch and get on with it. All types
are great but if you're mis-matched with what you want to do
that night it can cause frustration i.e. you want to grind out
some big dollars or XP but the guys are chatting lots and it
takes 10 minutes to get a match launched or vice versa. You
wouldn't want to pop into a platoon and find everyone is
training on 2's when you want to grind out the next package on
your 8.

Panz3rChief, that's a great idea.
For example last night, even though I'm aware I don't drop into
many 'toons, I decided to set my status to 'Busy' as I did the
grind to the T32 troll turret. If I could have identified
like-minded OFFers then my task would have been easier, I
suspect.
