Jarhead brought up an excellent point in the other thread.
About instructors.....sseems over the last couple of weeks they
have disappeared. Platoons of 3 are best
I am a scoutmaster and the nearest thing I can equate what we
need are troop guides. These are typically eagle scout who act
as a mentor or trainer to the new scout patrols.
How many new members dont know how to use the contols or xbox
functions properly
We need a lot of these folks because of time zones.
Just just throwing this out there.
Monday night 9pm eastern I am willing to take new members out
roll some matches, no tier limits 3 man platoon
Tuesday is top tier tuesday if your new andnhave tier 8-10
please join it will be 5-7 mannplatoons
Wednsday 9pm same deal
Thursday 9pm same deal
I understand this doesnt fit everyones schedule......hopefully
other senior members will provide additional times
So how do you participate if interested?
We first send da cheese a friend request, then pm me or drop
into the party i create at the appointed time. When we hit 3 I
will set the party to invite only so we dont get interupted

I'm really not good enough to be a leader of one of these, but
will be more than happy to help folks grind lower tier tanks.
Day: Fridays (but probably not this one -- have plans with Mrs
:girl: )
Time: 8 p.m. Central time - Whenever we pass out/fall asleep
whilst playing :old:
Platoon size: 3, as it'll help us gain more XP
Tank types: All
Tiers: I-VIII, and am more than willing to help folks grind
lower-tier tanks (see my sig for what I'm grinding, too!)
--
Day: Saturday (but definitely not this one -- sorry, but busy
weekend)
Time: 8ish p.m. Central time - Whenever we pass out/fall asleep
whilst playing
Tank type: TDs ONLY! It is, after all, Sniper Saturday :snipe:
Platoon size: 3, as it'll help us gain more XP
Tiers: II-VIII

I am good on this, but I will not limit training to one class.
Trainee will be "platoon leader", you pick tank and I'd match up
so we work on what tanks the trainee wants.

I don't have much by way of lower tier tanks, but have a good
variety of mediums, heavies, and TD's at tiers 7-10.
If anyone wants some help/input on some of the higher tier tanks
of various nations, I'd be happy to help out.
One Caveat - if you want help running your Comet...you'll have
to look elsewhere.

I think the key for trainer should be complete flexibility.

The only problem I'm seeing here guys is all the U.S. times.
Anybody willing to do a bit on the other side of the pond. Was
just hoping to go through a few battles to see how good/bad I am
and what needs to be improved.
