How about a "Support Player Platoon"?

Presently, we can platoon up in 3 player games and be assured we
are all on the same map...
Soooo... How about platooning up with the purpose of giving one
player on the platoon the maximum support and hopefully give the
selected player the best chance of scoring top on the leader
board? Maybe even Top Gun or Confederate or Ace Mastery???
Does anyone want to give this a shot???

My philosophy is that if a platoon mate is close to an
achievement TG/Radleys then I work to get them over the hump.
It may be tough to platoon with the expressed purpose of getting
someone to the top of the charts, especially since Kills is less
heavily weighted than damage.

Which is where the challenge comes in, I think.
Example.
You are a TD.
What would give you the best chance of topping the damage or
topping kills(idea being; that we the platoon ,will be trying to
achieve a goal other than win)? A light for spotting and a
heavy to sit in front of you to absorb damage?
What have your best games been and how can we work with two
other players to duplicate that? I used to do this in ME3 and
could push lower players up in their standings. I know this is
another game but I think it would work even better in WoT.

Think about having two wing men/wing persons and how can you
best use them to your advantage... Then, the fun part comes in
when the wing become the lead. Yes?

I would say that this configuration would also be beneficial to
the light, in that they will get spotting damage.
Ah, ME3 that was an enjoyable coop game. One of the few MP games
I played before WoT.

ME3 Yes! LOL... I think we can make this work in WoT as
well... There might be a few games where no silver is made...
So not all may be willing... I however, am game to help anyone
out if they wan to give it shot.

I like the idea. I might actually be able to learn to scout if I
was doing it for an OFFer to do some damage. :salute:

How about I follow my usual form and die early so you can hide
behind my carcass, will that help :palm:
Or, one of the platoon takes a Tog and the others peak and shoot
from its wake... when it dies it bercomes a man made reef in the
middle of Prokorovkha that everyone can peek and shoot from
behind :smileplain:
