I honestly don't know...just purchased a greenhouse, so that has
to go up, as well as finish the north wall, update insulation,
and repair the water damage in the kitchen. Also, a new furnace
is in the works, so there's that, too.
Ah, home ownership, the fun never ends LOL

Lol,
I’m in the middle of a kitchen Reno, stripped the walls to
studies, removed the floor and underlay, pulled all the wiring,
and plumbing.
Just finished the electrical and plumbing rough-ins, and
insulated the exterior wall., ready for drywall, which I will
have someone else do.
