Who is [OFF-9]

Hi all,
It has been awhile since I Posted. In the past few years life
has come full circle for my parents. it has been hard getting
things back on track and one thing I have been doing is trying
to get back killing some tanks to help with the stress that has
been building up. I am hoping to get to platooning again once I
feel my skill level is significant not to drag down the rest of
the team and I can start blocking off enough time to do it. I
want to give a shut out to Jake who help me with may controller
issue I had, thank you man. I hope the Bourbon help with your
recovery.
What I have ran into lately is a clan tag [OFF-9]. is that one
of ours?

Hey bud, sorry to hear life is being crappy to you right now.
Feel free to jump into my party anytime, we'll platoon and no
way will your "skill" level drag me down, Oxi tells me all the
time that I'm the worst tanker he's ever seen :medal:
OFF-9 is not us, not sure who or what they are.

We also saw an "X-OFF" clan tag last night, although I can't
recall the GT.
