Why does WOT give us tier 2 tanks when the only time you would
use them is just have fun because you can't use them for ops

Because they are idiots. I would have at least a tier IV so the
newbies can have something worthwhile.

Hear, Hear - give the new tankers something useful. I ran the
STEADFAST a couple of times. Boring and took time away from
working OPS and grinds. She is now a garage queen along with all
the other II/III freebies.
