Totally Shocked just heard a little while ago. What a great
actor and comedian that made us laugh for a long time. A big
loss for everyone. R.I.P. Robin Williams you will be missed.

So young, so sad and so long my friend. You made me laugh when I
was sad and cry when I was happy. You had the expertise of a
skilled surgeon when locating my funny bone. Your amped up rants
and brilliant roles will never be forgotten. I wish you peace
from your demons and hope you find the happiness you gave to
millions.
RIP

I tried 4 times to start this thread...and each time i was at a
complete loss as to what to say. Still am.
Rest in Peace. I truly hope you know how much laughter and joy
you brought to so many people.
It saddens me to know that so much of what you gave to us was
missing from your own life.
Farewell. You will be dearly missed.

I just read it on MSN before coming over to the forum!
I am totally at a loss for words.
We lost one of the funniest and talented people that always had
a way to make people laugh. It's sad to see that he wasn't as
happy as he always made us feel.
R.I.P. Robin Williams

I first saw him on Happy Days, as did most of our age. Watched a
few episodes of Mork & Mindy until my Mom deemed it a stupid
show. From then on, we only saw it while she was at PTA
meetings.
Summer of '78 we took a vacation down to Cocoa Beach. There I
saw for the first time this new thing called cable, and a new
channel HBO. On that magical channel at that time, was Robin
doing his first special. Mom saw it, and changed her mind on
him. Caught him at Catch A Rising Star in Washington - truly
magical.
He was due here this fall, and was planning on seeing him with
my son. Sadly, this will not come to pass.
Rest In Peace Robin - You left us too soon.
