       Xbox System Link question
       By: SPF9200 Date: December 23, 2017, 7:53 am
       ---------------------------------------------------------
       Question about Xb1 system link
I read that the XB1 can be linked with a standard patch cable vs
using a crossover or network. Is that accurate for all XB1
       regardless of manufacture date?
And the more important question... if you get a digital download
of a game, can you just log into the second Xbox and redownload
it vs buying a second copy to play PvP via system link or
       online?

Your downloads should follow to whatever device you log into.
At least it has for me. Hope this helps

Not sure about the wired connections.
If you own the second xbox, you should just be able to log in
and have your games. Otherwise, there is a way to game share if
       you trust the other person.
Disclaimer: I have not tried this yet, but....Check out this
       link.
It shows how to gameshare from multiple accounts. Just beware,
you can only switch your Home Xbox 3x per year.

thanks, downloading the games isn't an issue I want to play with
family members on both xboxes at the same time like a LAN party.
Haven't figured that one out yet and can't seem to find info on
it. Don't want to do this online via xbl.

If you start matches via the in game private matches and you
have 2 consoles then just game share your content.I do this with
my step son.I buy the game either via gift or on his gamer
tag,it doesn't matter which as long as one console is set to
home then if the game supports it run private matches.Only one
purchase needed and you can run 2 xbox accounts from one
game.Bear in mind any dlc content must be bought individually.
