       AMX 13 75

I wouldn't mind some helpful advice. I just got the AMX 13 75
light tank, I usually play heavies or just heavies
what would be the best equipment for a light tank.

Camo net and Binos for sure, the third would be be a toss up and
kind of a user preference thing. I usually go with Gun Laying
       Drive.

@Duck, I don't think this tank can use gun laying drive.
being it has a view range of 370 I would probably use it as an
active scout vs. sitting and spotting. So for that I'd use
       optics, gun rammer, vert stabilizer.
if you prefer to try and sit and scout put on camo net and
binos. you could try that way first and not pay a gold penalty
to remove the equipment if you decide you would rather be an
active scout. and then go with gun rammer or maybe vents "if"
your crew has recon, sit awareness, camo, muffled shot, & green
skill. that way you'd make the most of your spotting skills.
Same argument for vents if you are going to active scout and
have a bunch of driving skills on your crew.

  HTML http://wiki.wargaming.net/en/Tank:F16_AMX_13_75
       Pros and Cons
       Pros:
4-round drum autoloader has around 540 hp burst damage with
       rather fast reload (14sec base)
Accurate top gun (when fully aimed)
       Fast reverse speed
One of the highest camo values of all tier 7 vehicles
Good APCR, giving around 35% pen buff
       Cons:
Highly outclassed by the American counterpart, T71, in nearly
       every aspect.
Far below average penetration compared to other tier 7 light
       tanks.
Poor gun elevation and mediocre depression
Modules are fairly close to each other, increasing risk of
single shells, especially HE, damaging several modules at once.
Low ammo count of only 36 rounds.
One item of note: Stock, this tank doesn't have sufficient
weight capacity for any equipment other than Coated Optics,
since it doesn't weigh anything. The Tank Gun Rammer and
Vertical Stabilizer are unavailable on this tank. A Gun Laying
Drive is useful for faster aiming. Fans of passive scouting can
       equip a Camouflage Net.

Frenchies are my least favorite of the light tanks..... until
you get to tier X! They can still be fun but aren't as exciting
as the others because they require a different style of play.
This is due to their poor acceleration which makes evasive
maneuvers harder. CAMP BUSH,as an old OFFer used to say, should
be your MO in the early game. For equipment on any other light,
I'd run optics, gld, etc but the Frenchies do best with binocs
and camo net. Only fire when you don't think you will get
spotted or when you know you can escape. Use your top speed to
move around the battlefield, looking for oppurtunities to unload
your clip. If you see a green wolfpack moving on a overmatch,
join in with that and pick off the solo or weak enemies. Light
tanks really shine in the end game if you can survive that long.

Hey Brad, can you elaborate on this:

Optics, since it doesn't weigh anything.[/quote]
Is this a power to weight ratio thing?

PC based item, and that website is PC based information, though
it is fairly accurate for us. Console is an arcade game and
doesn't use a lot of the factors the PC based game does. It DOES
influence what we can and cannot do on some vehicles on the
console though, based on the PC's expanded detail and
       realism....well, quasi-realism.
