New Update - Flags

I'm seeing posts that show we can have custom flags on tanks as
of this update. Do we have a resident artist working on an OFF
Battle Flag?

It's limited to a certain number of designs that are based
around the existing emblems. We can't design unique ones.
If they allowed all of the emblems to be placed on the flag, I'd
go for the Reaper with a Red background, sicne black and red are
our colors.
