I found out that you can play & talk together on both consoles
in game chat.

Yes, they enabled that a couple patches ago. Makes platooning
between 360 and One users mostly painless...although, I prefer
not to let the Greenies hear platoon conversations, it can't be
helped.
Soon, I will have 360 and One capability. Just waiting for a
delivery from NewEgg :dance:
