       From now on 10/16/17, to play in official inter clan comps and
       scrims you MUST have your Tier 7,8 9 & 10 tank inventory list
       filed with the clan. That list is on a google docs Excel sheet.
       The link is posted in the "Competition" section of the forum and
       on discord. If you do not have access to these sections, please
       PM Oxi for access.
       No fill = No play
