Great time at Cantigny! Thank you Chuck for coming down with you
and your wife and daughter, you have a great family (especially
if they can put up with me :bigsmile:).
Supposedly Triumph attended as well, but we didnt see him (well,
that is what Chuck and I agreed that we would say :troll:)
I know everyone doesnt have the time, or money,
or....er....time, but if you have a chance to attend one of
these symposiums I would definitely say you should attend.
Cantigny is a great location, and I need to attend this again to
hit the museums. Reason I didnt make it to everything was that
the WoT presentation was excellent imho. Very informative, and
you can tell the designers have as much passion about the game
as we do. They answered a ton of questions, and even the
questions where the answer was going to be "No, we cannot do
that" they gave a good response with details on why they
couldnt.
They are very approachable as well. At the end of the day I
spoke to the lead engineer and had a nice conversation with him.
I asked him if they were ever going to let us sell excess garage
slots and consumables and he ended up sending an email reminder
to himself to check on that. I know there are other
organizations with this kind of attentiveness, but it was
heartening to see it from the people working on my favorite
game.
