Ah, Canada looks great...my kind of place.
We have a standing invitation from a woman my wife worked with
recently, until they moved back to Canada to start a family.
I think they live on a farm somewhere in Ontario.
I know that doesn't help narrow it down much, but it's all I can
remember :bigsmile:

In Eastern Canada where I live right beside Maine (only 1 hour
drive from the border), it is a very beautiful country, and
Ontario has some very beautiful places also. My sister lives
just outside of Ottawa, ON in an area that is mostly farms and I
would live there in a heartbeat also.
I did live in the US for a year in Cape Cod, MA. I was working
on an Environmental project at the Mass. Military Reserve. The
MMR use to be a training base for the National Guard where they
trained mostly with the howitzers (155s) so the impact area
where we did a lot of our work truly looked like a war zone with
craters and destroyed tanks, etc. Otis Air Force base is there
also. While I lived there I visited Battleship Cove in Fall
River, MA and got to go on USS Massachusetts along with a number
of other military ships, absolutely loved the experience.
I was there just after 9/11 (July 2002 to July 2003) so tensions
were a bit high, but I must say that I feel in love with Cape
Cod, its a very beautiful place.
