This is an inefficient use of xp. Better saved for upgrading
vehicles. IMHO. Customizing crews, now that is going to be fun,
fun, fun. I may have to break out the whiskey to make sure the
creative juices are fully stoked. Going to honor my late dad and
father-in-law first. I have another idea for the rest, but I am
not saying a word.

Great now I can change my crews to sound like a Japanese
sniper,cool (scratches head).Agreed Jim why spend free xp when
you need it for upgrading.Plus your going to grind a tank to
better the thing and in turn increase crew skills.Let's hope
they don't reduce the time it takes in gaining crew skills/perks
to force you into converting precious free xp.

Um.....cough, cough......uh........NOT ME!! I never use crew
boosts to load up on free xp!! NEVER!!

Named one crew member Donald Trump as it will shoot at anything
foreign and have a big metal fence around it as armour.Do any of
you have some ideas for yourselves?
