He does not need to be the platoon leader, he just needs to be

So, I finally got a crew into the E-100 that’s been rusting away
in my garage. 13 skills so there is something to work with. I’m
thinking focusing on repairs, anti-damage, survivability kinda
loadout. Im betting I’ll prefer the small gun if they are both
even.
Since many of you have had... and not had... and had this tank
for awhile, what’s the must have skills and equipment?

That was my first Tier X.
Hated it even with top gun.
Terribly Slow, I bounced off almost every dang thing I ran
into...
and once the reds notice you, you’re toast.
Much happier in a Patton or Leopard... even the Maus is better.

Weak sauce people!
Must run the big gun then the opfor gives you some respect. If
you want to run the small gun then you'd be better off in a
Maus.
Take your time to aim even if it means it increases your
exposure to a shot. Load HE for your first round and then HEAT
for close range work.
I recommend track mech, repair skill + Tool box. Rammer,
adrenaline rush, firefighting, preventative maint, clutch
braking. Run 2 repair kits and large first aid.
