I know sir, and when I've done it my results were better. The
bad part is I'm an "Auto-Aim" guy, I use it a lot. It allows me
to see what's going on around me while still shooting at a
particular tank and I like that, it has helped me in a lot of
situations to not get shot by other tanks. In last nights case
though it was proven to me that the RNG is broke with the E-100.
It is not a random number given on angled armor and when you're
going to bounce, it is a hard one and the number is big. The
tier X medium I shot broadside was a TVP T 50/51, it has 40mm of
side armor. Angled that is approximately 80mm but for this
argument lets say even 100mm. The pin with HEAT is supposed be
in the 176-294 range, far above what that tanks side armor is
capable of being at any angle. On a broadside shot, where the
50/51 is not moving, and were on level ground there should never
be a time that it was a bounce, not one. I put my tank into a
great situation and loaded HEAT because I planned it that way,
my plan worked perfectly but the tank left me high and dry with
a big ol fatty 0 0 0 score.
I gave it thought before selling it, I took into account that
the tank is far better in other peoples hands than in mine
meaning it was a "me" problem but I don't what to have to learn
how to play a single tank differently than how I play the others
in my garage. So I'll move on, I'll take all that silver and
buy the Object 140 and roll out in my first and only tier X
medium

With HEAT it is the angle of attack (AOA) that counts. It's that
normalization shit.

You're on the 360 right?
With the 12.8cm it plays like a slower version of the E75 so not
much change there, except your light bar tends to get aimed at a
lot, so wiggle your turret and rock your tank. When you get to
the 15cm people tend to show you more respect as no one wants to
take a 700hp hit.
At long range HEAT usually never pens except on non curved armor
like on the turret of another E100 and the front of the Jageroo.
The velocity of the 15cm is so low that the trajectory is like a
rainbow which actually is an advantage at longer ranges on
E100's/Jageroos and Jagtigers as the curving trajectory means
that you hit the plate almost square on. At longer ranges HE is
the most reliable and you can do about 350hp non pen dam with
it. Even at close range take you time to aim at flat surfaces if
possible. Because of the high pen power of HEAT, you can
reliably pen the thickest armor tanks. I pen the mantlet of
Jageroos all day long with HEAT. Another tip with HEAT against
E100's and Jageroos, aim as low as possible at the
turret/mantlet, the gun pens better as it reduces the strike
angle of the projectile.
If presented with the lower glacis plate, always aim for that
even though it is angled the 'wrong', HEAT will pen it.
As I said before, never auto aim with an E100 and HEAT, take
your time to aim, it's better to take a shot and pen a shot vs
bouncing. After 1 or 2 600-700 dam pens, the opfor tends not to
be so gung ho. :rolf:

I just unlocked it a few weeks ago and haven't played
much...still on the 12.8 gun, but willing to learn if you guys
want to set up a night to platoon in these behemoths. They are
great for spotting! :troll:
Even at close range take you time to aim at flat
surfaces
Take note of that, it is very important. When I had luck using
the E-100 I was aiming and not wasting shots unless it was
against a flat surface.
Because of the high pen power of HEAT, you can reliably

But you won't pen tier VIII, tier IX, and tier X mediums even at
very close ranges. The Edelweiss, T54E1 and TVP 50/51 have an
auto immune defense against the E-100 HEAT shells, kind of like
the starship Enterprises shields. Either that or I saw Harry
Potter jump out of the tanks and cast some sort of spell just
before I shot. :rolf:

You chopped out the caveat.

You are no longer the "General", you henceforth are the "Humor
Killer" (HK for short).
Enterprise shields, Harry Potter, that was some funny shit there
Ken. But nooooo, you have to go all "caveat" on me and push my
face into the poop

Unlocked mine a couple of months ago when the Tier 10 sale was
going on and sold it back recently. Not my cup of tea. Not
missing it.

Now I have to pull mine out of the garage again. I hate running
that beast solo though. It really works best when you can run
with a support tank. I'll post my results.
If we need one for Friday... I can bring it! :hitself:
